Recognition for sustainability report

Chocolats Halba among the finalists for the international reporting award.

The first sustainability report from Chocolats Halba 'Added value through sustainability' earned international recognition from the expert jury at this year's Corporate Register Reporting Awards. It is one of ten sustainability reports contending for the title of best first report in the public vote which runs until the 14th of February.

"The Corporate Register Reporting Award is being presented for the sixth time. It is one of a kind in the world, and nomination alone is a huge achievement," explains sustainability expert Irene Perrin, advisor at the leading international agency for sustainability reporting, BSD Consulting.

The jury considered a number of reporting-related aspects in evaluating the best reports: in general, points were awarded for content, communication and credibility.

Votes can now be submitted online for the best reports in nine different categories – from the "best first report" through "creative communication" or "openness and sincerity".

Until 31 January, registered users can evaluate 52 nominated sustainability reports online and vote for their favourites.
