Our chocolatiers create chocolate specialities based on our customers' wishes and give them a special touch. Aside from our chocolate experts' finesse, we also employ structured development and testing methods.

Customized Recipes

Producing chocolate for international retail customers demands craftsmanship, attention to detail and sensitivity. Year after year, our chocolatiers use only the best beans, finest ingredients and purely natural aromas to formulate countless recipes to our customers' requirements. Only by creating these handmade samples to meet specific requirements can we satisfy the different tastes of our customers.

We do the Roasting

We roast the cocoa beans ourselves. During each roasting, we are careful only to take cocoa beans of the same size, as this ensures a more consistent flavour. Our master roaster knows the optimum temperature and roasting time for every bean. This is how he unlocks its unique aroma.
